Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Employer and mobile testing questions
Do you provide on-site drug testing for employers in the Phoenix metro area?
Yes. We arrange workplace specimen collection in the Phoenix metro area and also receive employees at our Tempe location. Send your site address, employee count, requested tests, and preferred date so we can confirm availability and pricing.
How much does mobile drug testing cost, and is there a minimum group size?
Mobile pricing depends on the location, number of employees, test panels, and scheduling needs. Contact us for a quote and to confirm any visit minimum or after-hours charge. We confirm the arrangements before a visit is scheduled.
Can you collect pre-employment drug tests for our company?
Yes. We provide pre-employment collections for employer testing programs. Specify whether the order is DOT or Non-DOT and identify the panel and reporting contact. Employees can attend our Tempe location, or you can request a workplace collection.
Do you provide post-accident or reasonable-suspicion testing?
Yes. Call (480) 210-1016 promptly to check collection availability and location. Provide the testing reason, whether DOT rules apply, and your company’s authorized contact. Applicable testing deadlines depend on the program, so follow your employer’s procedures immediately.
Can you collect specimens for our random drug-testing program?
Yes. We provide collections for employer random testing. Send the authorized test order and collection instructions. If you also need random selections, consortium enrollment, or program administration, discuss that scope with us separately before arranging services.
What is the difference between DOT and Non-DOT workplace drug testing?
DOT testing applies to covered safety-sensitive transportation work and follows federal agency and Part 40 requirements. Non-DOT testing follows the employer’s program and applicable requirements. Employers must identify the correct program and testing reason before collection.
How will our company receive employee drug-test results?
Reporting arrangements depend on the test and employer account setup. Identify the authorized company contact when arranging service, and confirm the delivery process and expected timing. For DOT drug tests, the Medical Review Officer reports verified results through the required process.
Can employees visit your Tempe location instead of testing at work?
Yes. Employees can come to our Tempe collection site at 627 S 48th St, Suite 103. Provide their test authorization and have them bring photo ID. Call ahead to confirm scheduling and any program-specific instructions.
How do we open an employer account, and is there a setup fee?
Submit our employer form or call (480) 210-1016. There is no fee to open or hold an employer account. We confirm the requested panels, testing prices, reporting arrangements, and any mobile visit before scheduling or charging for services.
