Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Visit Trust Screen Lab at 627 S 48th St, Suite 103, Tempe, AZ 85281. Our posted office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Book online or call (480) 210-1016 to arrange your test.
Book online or call (480) 210-1016 before visiting to check availability for your test. Have your employer authorization or testing order ready so we can confirm the correct service and collection requirements.
A rapid Non-DOT urine screen can provide a preliminary negative result in about 5 to 10 minutes after testing. A non-negative screen needs further processing before a final result. Laboratory drug tests, DOT tests, hair and nail tests, and DNA tests have separate processing times.
The price depends on the specimen, panel, collection arrangements, and any required confirmation or review. Call (480) 210-1016 with your testing order for current pricing. If an employer or program is paying, confirm its authorization before purchasing a test yourself.
Bring a current photo ID and any employer authorization, registration code, or court or program instructions. The order should identify the specimen, panel, and whether the test is DOT or Non-DOT. Call before your visit if any of that information is missing.
